Fange an deine Kalorien zu zählen. Dazu gibt es zahlreiche Apps, die es dir leichter machen, die aber auch mitrechnen wie viel Kalorien du schon verbrannt hast. Am Ende des Tages solltest du immer mehr Kalorien zu dir nehmen, als du verbrauchst. Dann wirst du nach und nach dein Normalgewicht erreichen. Wie auch beim Abnehmen geschieht das nicht von heut auf morgen, sondern dauert eben seine Zeit. Deswegen immer dranbleiben und durchziehen :) Wünsche dir viel Erfolg!

Hello!

Letztendlich funktioniert das Abnehmen in einem gesunden Ausmaß am besten, wenn du pro Tag ungefähr einen Überschuss an Kalorien zwischen 400 und 600 Kalorien erreichst. Alles was mehr ist, führt zwar auch zum Zunehmen, ist aber aus gesundheitlichen Aspekten eher nicht zu empfehlen.

Mit diesen Tipps sollte es kein großes Problem sein erfolgreich und vor allem gesund zuzunehmen.

Huhu!
Auf jeden Fall solltest du viel Eiweiß und viele gesunde Fette zu dir nehmen, sprich Avocado, Nüsse, Kokosöl, Erdnussbutter etc.
Ein Top-Tipp, der mir selber ebenfalls geholfen hat, sind Flüssigkkalorien: Abends entweder einen normalen Proteikshake ZUSÄTZLICH (!) zum Abendessen oder sogar einen Weight Gainer. Meist soll man drei Shakes am Tag trinken und kommt so auf zusätzliche 1500 Kalorien :o
